We have flexible scheduling, so you only need to work when you want and at locations you choose. We contract with dentists to work anywhere from five to fifteen weeks each year. Each week we start seeing patients Monday at 1:00 p.m. and finish seeing patients before noon on Friday. You can meet our staff on site or catch a ride to/from Pierre where our home office is.

We hear this a lot and most dentists are surprised at how comfortable they are on our trucks. We have ADEC equipment that was purchased new in 2016. Our digital x-rays are taken with handheld Nomad devices. Our staff have worked with multiple dentists from different practices and will help you fit right in. They do all the charting and administrative work for you, so all you need to do is what you are best at - hands-on dentistry.

This is a paid contract position and we pick up any expenses you incur. Our dentists are paid $3,000 - $4,000 per week depending on the site. We also provide lodging, a meal stipend, and mileage when using your personal vehicle. Yearly stipends pay up to $500 towards malpractice insurance for dentists who work at least five weeks a year.

We don’t think so because you only need to travel when and where you’d like. Our clinics can be a quick trip where you stay in your own bed each night, or an opportunity to experience areas (and golf courses) you haven’t been to in South Dakota. The level of adventure is entirely up to you! And if traveling gets lonely we encourage to you bring your spouse along for the ride. 

We’ve resolved this issue before and are prepared to accommodate you working at clinics outside of the non-compete radius. We have clinics statewide and know it’s important to find a clinic site that works for you.
