At Delta Dental of South Dakota, we believe everyone deserves a healthy smile. That's why it's our mission to promote and advance oral health in South Dakota.
We provide dental benefits to employers and individuals to protect smiles and keep them healthy. And as a nonprofit organization, we care about the people and communities of South Dakota.
Since 1997, we've invested more than $41 million in programs that support our mission to improve the oral and overall health of South Dakotans in various ways.
In school classrooms, at community events, and cross-training sessions for medical staff, our Oral Health Educators teach dental hygiene and oral health to thousands of South Dakotans of all ages.
Access to dental care depends on oral health professionals to provide care. That's why we provide grant support to higher education programs for dental hygienists and dental assistants and offer a loan repayment program for dentists.
