Fee schedules & fee enhancement programs 

Providers can increase reimbursement rates and covered services by participating in programs that encourage care of young children and the developmentally disabled. Learn more about provider and patient eligibility and covered services in these program manuals.

Access to Baby and Child Dentistry (ABCD)

The ABCD program encourages early childhood oral health with enhanced reimbursement for certain services provided to kids age 0-5 by trained providers.

Caring for Smiles

The Caring for Smiles program encourages care for developmentally disabled patients and offers additional covered services for providers who complete training and certification.
